Single position, one color Imprint or Laser Engraving included in all prices (unless indicated).

Standard Imprint Colors

While standard colors usually suffice, occasionally specific Pantone (PMS) colors are required (exact match not guaranteed)

PMS Charge: $30.00 (c) per color. (Applies to repeat orders).

Deep Etch

Frames that are decorated with an Imprint on the Glass can also be upgraded to Deep Etched.

Run Charge: $3.00 (c) per Frame

VividPrint™

Full Color VividPrint™ is available (where indicated) instead of the regular decorating process.

Run Charge: $0.30 (c) per Frame

Blank Product

Use end column pricing. This excludes items that are priced Blank in the Catalog.

Artwork

Good quality black and white Camera Ready art is required. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts etc will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per hour.

Computer Graphics

Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or High Resolution Tiff file (600 dpi or greater). Files must be readable on an IBM PC.

Please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines).

VividPrint™ Artwork

High resolution rastor or vector artwork is required. Rastor artwork can be sent as tiff, bitmap or jpeg and must be 300 dpi or greater. Vector artwork is preferred for all logos and text. Photoshop files (.psd) should be sent with logos and text on separate layers.

Solid coated PMS numbers are required for all logos to ensure the closest possible color match. If PMS numbers are not available, a hard copy of the artwork is required in order for us to provide an accurate color match.

Setup Charges

New artwork - $80.00 (c)

On orders for multiple items of different sizes, the setup charge on the additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time.

Artwork on file - $40.00 (c)

This setup charge applies to existing artwork which is re-sized for a new item.

Repeat Orders - Nil

There is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork.

VividPrint™ - $100.00 (c)

There is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork.

Text Changes

Up to 4 Lines: $6.00 (c) per Frame
Over 4 Lines: $10.00 (c) per Frame

If an item is personalized on a different location to the logo, 2nd Position Charges (see below) apply, in addition to Text Change charges.

Second Position Charge

When a Frame is decorated on an additional position, the following Run Charges apply:

Imprint Certificate Frames

Certificate Frames are all priced Blank (without decoration). However, Certificate Frames with Mattes offer the opportunity for your Logo, Crest or message to be imprinted in Single Color, Full Color or Foil Stamped (Gold or Silver).

Paper Proof

A Paper Proof will be faxed /emailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted Paper Proof.

Pre-production Sample

If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied. The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus setup charges & shipping. $30.00 (c) run charge will apply.

Production Time

Normal production time is 4-5 working days from approval of artwork or sample (excluding Portrait Folders & Paperboard Frames). Lead Time subject to Inventory availability.

Shipments requested inless than 5 working days may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please contact Customer Service.

Less than Minimum Quantities

For orders less than minimum quantity, $30.00 (c) run charge will apply.

Orders for less than Minimum

Quantities of Portrait Folders & Paperboard Frames will not be accepted.

Inserts

Photos, Certificates, Cards etc can be inserted. Please contact our Customer Service department for details and quote.

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Markham, ON. Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice.

Air shipments must be confirmed in writing.

Collect or 3rd Party Shipments are subject to $8.00 (G) Handling Fee. Accurate "Bill To" information required to avoid Chargebacks. Distributor responsible for all Chargebacks. $15.00 (G) Fee will apply

Courier Shipments

To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (Fedex, UPS etc), additional packaging is required. $6.00 (G) per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.

Skid Shipments

Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrinkwrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20.00 (G) per skid will be added to the invoice.

Split Shipments

When an order is shipped to 2 or more destinations at the same time, a Split Shipment charge of $8.00 (G) per shipment will apply. Freight Charges not included. International Shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.

Drop Shipments

Multiple identicalshipments will be processed at the following discounted rates:

Courier Over-Packing Charge $$6.00 (G) will apply. Freight Charges not included. For discounted rates to apply, complete Drop Ship details must be supplied in Excel (.xls) format (Call Customer Service for template).

International Shipments

$25.00 (G) per shipment. International Shipping Account to be provided. Any Chargebacks, Duties or Taxes may be billed to the Distributor up to 90 days or more (Service Charge $15.00 (G) will apply)

Cancellations

All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged.

Damages & Breakages

Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damage may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. Please notify our Customer Service department to arrange for replacements.

Sizes & Weights

All sizes, capacities, dimensions, etching sizes and weights shown in this catalog are approximate.

Random Samples

Random samples (excluding Certificate Holders) can be purchased at EQP less 50%.

Spec Samples

A Spec Sample of any item in our catalog can be supplied. Please use regular pricing, setup charges and shipping. $30.00 (c) run charge per item will apply.

Payment Terms

30 days net, subject to credit approval. Visa, MasterCard or Amex accepted at time of Invoice.

Returns

No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank Product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Inventory Availability

While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.

Trademarks

All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.

Guarantee

Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.

Non Standard Colors

Gold and Silver Foil imprinting is standard on all Portrait Folders & Paperboard Frames.

Production Time

Orders for less than Minimum Quantities of Portrait Folders & Paperboard Frames will not be accepted.

Envelopes

Envelopes for Portrait Folders are available:

4” x 6” $0.19 (G) Blank
5” x 7” $0.21 (G) Blank

Boxing

All Portrait Folders / Paperboard Frames are shipped flat (unfolded).

Preproduction Samples

If requested, a Pre-Production Sample will be supplied. The sample will be billed at regular prices, plus setup and shipping charges. $50.00 (G) run charge will apply.

Under/Over Runs

Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. Overruns or Underruns will be within 10% of the quantity ordered. Orders calling for “No Overruns” are subject to a short shipment
